For more intense eyebrow color, wet the eyebrows with a damp cotton pad before applying the pencil.

Directions

A pencil can be harsh if not applied correctly – but practice makes perfect. Use it to create a defined line below the brow or do short, small, hair-like strokes inside the brow.
